Process: Sun-Dried Coffee Cherry Tea
Cascara is the sun-dried fruit of the coffee cherry. Cascara production and export adds a source of revenue for coffee growers while reducing waste at origin. Not to mention, it tastes incredible.
For hot brewing, steep 25g cascara in 400mL water fresh off the boil for 5 minutes.
For an iced drink, steep 25g cascara in 400mL cold water for 48 hours, refrigerated.
Strain through a mesh filter.
